Insight Global Payroll Analyst Manager in Louisville, Kentucky

Job Description

Insight Global is actively seeking an experienced and dynamic Payroll Analyst Manager to lead a growing payroll team within the spirits/CPG industry. In this role, youll be responsible for managing payroll processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring accurate and efficient payroll operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in payroll technology, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in leadership and team development.

Our team utilizes Salesforce, Dayforce, and HRIS SuccessFactors to streamline payroll processes. As the manager, youll lead a team of three Payroll Analysts (one senior and two junior) and provide mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback. Additionally, youll oversee system configurations, enhancements, and integrations. Were committed to maintaining data accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements as we serve North America, South America, and European operations. As the company continues to grow, this role will transition to a global service. The position is primarily onsite at our newly remodeled 4th Street location for three days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining two days. Skills and Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll management.

-Proficiency in Salesforce, Dayforce, and HRIS SuccessFactors.

-Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

-Bachelors degreein Business Administration, Finance, or related field. -Comfortable or fluent in Spanish

-Recent Dayforce experience in previous position null
