Industrial Maintenance Technician - Direct Hire
Job Description
We are seeking qualified maintenance professionals for a plant start-up. The roles available include Maintenance Technician I, II, and III. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, and structures in the plant. You will visually inspect and test machinery, document maintenance activities, disassemble machines, install new or repaired parts, lubricate components, install electrical transformers and wiring, layout and assemble pipe systems for hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, clean and adjust welding equipment, and assist in continuous improvement efforts while following EHS protocols.

Disassemble machines
Install new or repaired parts
Lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other components
Install electrical transformers and wiring
Layout and assemble pipe systems for hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
Clean and adjust welding equipment
Implement and maintain PM programs
Practice safe use of hand tools, grinders, saws, lathes, and mills
Troubleshoot push buttons and keys on a robot controller
Teach pendant for robotic equipment
Prepare and adjust programs and automated welding parameters
Work with Controls Engineering team
Robotic Programming using Motoman or Siemens
Development and troubleshooting of programs for robots
Read blueprints and schematics
Install and maintain mechanical and electrical work on automated equipment
Perform Robotic Troubleshooting, Robotic PM, and ladder programming
Electrical Maintenance up to 480V
Robotic Troubleshooting and Programming
PLC Troubleshooting
Mechanical Troubleshooting
Work Environment
This is a temperature-controlled robotic welding and assembly environment supporting the automotive industry.
