Winterwood, Inc. Maintenance Technician in Louisville, Kentucky
We are seeking four experienced Property Maintenance Technicians to become part of our team in the Louisville, KY area. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our buildings and grounds. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in apartment or property maintenance.Job Details:• Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM• Compensation: $22-$24 per hour, plus a monthly cell phone reimbursement of $100• Sign-On Bonus: $500 (Conditions apply)Qualifications:• Minimum of 2 years of experience in property or apartment maintenance• Proficient in carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical work, etc.• HVAC certification preferred• Basic computer skills• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation• Availability for after-hours emergencies• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background checkKey Responsibilities:• Complete all maintenance work orders promptly and efficiently• Prepare vacant units for new residents, including repairs, cleaning, and painting, as directed by the Property Manager• Conduct daily inspections of the grounds for necessary repairs (gutters, roofing, water leaks, HVAC units, etc.)• Perform daily trash pickups throughout the complex, including curbs, landscaping, and dumpster areas• Assist with additional tasks as assignedWhat We Offer:• 401(k) plan• Health, dental, and vision insurance• Paid time off (vacation, sick leave, and 11 holidays)• Paid life insurance up to $10,000• Paid long-term disability insurance• Referral bonuses• Opportunities for career advancement
