We are looking for a mechanical technician with 2 years’ experience and seeking an opportunity to grow with Fleet and Auto. An individual must be able to perform each essential duty independently and satisfactorily.•Ability to diagnose and repair gasoline/diesel engines and powertrains on light to heavy transits.•Possesses a strong work ethic and can independently motivate themselves to achieve results with minimal external influence.•Displays characteristics of diligence, responsibility, dependability, conscientiousness, communication, and teamwork.•Can read, understand, and follow procedures and guidelines.•Must have own tools to start.•Must be able to travel out of town occasionally.•Must be able to invoice work orders on computer.•At least 18 years old.•Lift at least 20lbs•Able to service wheelchair lifts.•ASE Certification is a plus but not required.
