Responsibilities
As Director, Clinical Services (DCS), your leadership shapes clinical services with wisdom and care. You oversee the coordination, continuity, and quality of care while managing client services. Your nurturing supervision fosters an environment that champions exceptional care delivery, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, while guiding your team toward optimal performance. Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN), Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist license in good standing to practice in the state(s) of service.
Minimum of two years clinical home care clinical experience and three years management experience required.
Must obtain and maintain current CPR or BLSCertification.
Budgeting and managing financial performance preferred.

Pay Range
$37.59 - $54.50 /hour
