University of Louisville Dental Assistant II (Home of the Innocents) in Louisville, Kentucky

Minimum Requirements:High school diploma or GED and two or more years of dental assisting experience. One year of surgical assisting experience and/or Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) or Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary (EFDA), radiology certification, CPR certification. Additional certification may be required based on dental specialty. Grade 3 (Hourly)Position Description:The University of Louisville School of Dentistry prepares students for a career in Dentistry. This position works as a dental assistant in the Pediatric Dentistry clinic located at the Home of the Innocents- 1050 E. Market St. This position will primarily perform chairside dental assisting duties. Eligible for $3,000 Sign-on/retention bonusEssential Duties and Responsibilities Work with the faculty, peers, and supervisors to deliver customer service oriented and patient centered care.
