Monday-Friday
Shifts: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM or 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a temp-to-perm assignment, offering the potential for permanent employment based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Interface with customers, sales, and service representatives to manage pre-sales and post-sales service functions.
Determine the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, and delivery schedules.
Schedule field service repair calls and handle requests for additional company materials.
Maintain records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes, and product pricing.
Resolve return and credit problems efficiently.
Perform routine assignments with limited judgment required, under detailed instructions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Call Center Experience: Must have demonstrated experience working in a call center environment.
Data Entry Experience: Must possess accurate and efficient data entry skills.
Proximity: Must live within a reasonable driving distance to Louisville, KY 40219 .
