Randstad is looking for an experienced Collections Specialist! The Collections Representative will be responsible for contacting customers via phone, email, and mail to collect business-to-business outstanding debts, negotiate payment plans, and resolve overdue accounts. This role requires outstanding communication and negotiation skills, as well as a keen attention to detail and accuracy in updating customer account information. Responsibilities
Communicate with customers through phone, email, and mail to recover outstanding debts.
Negotiate payment plans and settlements to resolve overdue accounts.
Accurately update customer account information and payment arrangements in the database.
Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and disputes promptly.
Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and enhance collection processes.
