Stock Yards Bank & Trust Card Services Product Analyst in Louisville, Kentucky

As a Card Services Product Analyst, your day will be filled with opportunities to develop and implement plans and strategies to ensure growth of revenue/profitability objectives for all card products. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and guidelines. Work closely with various teams internally and externally to ensure the Bank is offering a suite of compelling card products that optimizes those objectives.ResponsibilitiesDaily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Produce, review, and analyze portfolio data and metricsComplete system and account set-upReview account documentation and proceduresEnsures adherence to AML and Credit Risk policiesIdentifies and monitors risks per Bank policy and guidelinesĀ Process payments, perform miscellaneous account maintenance, and general customer service as neededKeep supervisor informed of important developments, potential problems, and related information necessary for effective managementMeets productivity and quality standardsAttend continuous training to stay on top of industry trends, developments, and changes in regulatory laws.Job RequirementsThe successful candidate will have the following qualifications:Bachelor Degree Required- Business, Finance or Marketing preferredDemonstrate effective grasp of the operational and regulatory environmentCustomer-centric approach to service while meeting challenging business objectives3 or more years of relevant credit services experience or equivalent requiredSQL, Tableau, Access, ExcelAbility to build and maintain internal and external relationshipsClear and articulate communicator with strong personal presence who establishes credibility with audiences inside and outside the BankClear knowledge of consumer lending laws and regulations including credit productsFamiliarity with credit reporting systemsDesire to meet high level of customer service standardsBenefits401(k) with a company match of up to 6%ESOP employer matchMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceCancer / Disease insuranceAccident insuranceFlexible Spending AccountsHealth Savings AccountsBank paid Life / AD& D insuranceVoluntary Life / AD&D insuranceBank paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability insuranceEmployee Stock Purchase PlanEmployee Assistance ProgramPhysical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee in order to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
