Description We are offering an opportunity for a Billing Clerk in LOUISVILLE, Kentucky, United States. The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic team, handling billing functions in the telecom industry. This role involves working with software systems such as IBM AS/400 and Microsoft Excel, and offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process customer billing using Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services

• Utilize IBM AS/400 and Microsoft Excel for maintaining and updating billing records

• Handle Microsoft Office Suites for various accounting functions

• Oversee all billing functions and ensure compliance with company policies

• Administer claims and resolve any disputes or discrepancies

• Implement effective collection processes for outstanding payments

• Deliver superior customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints

• Collaborate with the accounting department to reconcile billing issues

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to financial data processing standards

• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Knowledge of ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with IBM AS/400

• Ability to use Microsoft Excel proficiently

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suites

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience in Billing Functions

• Proficiency in Claim Administration

• Knowledge of Collection Processes

• Excellent Customer Service skills
