Robert Half Accounts Payable Clerk in Louisville, Kentucky
Description We are in search of a committed Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in LOUISVILLE, Kentucky. The chosen candidate will be part of an industry that focuses on data entry and invoice processing. This role involves working in an office environment and offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Handle the process of Account Reconciliation efficiently and accurately.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and ensure all payments are made in a timely manner.
• Execute Check Runs and Coding Invoices as part of daily tasks.
• Perform Data Entry duties, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Process Invoices, taking into account all necessary details.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
• Operate Oracle and QuickBooks software for various accounting tasks.
• Work with SAP for efficient business process management.
• Ensure all tasks are completed according to established policies and regulations. Requirements • Demonstrable experience in Accounts Payable (AP) role
• Proficiency in account reconciliation
• Familiarity with check runs and coding invoices
• Strong data entry skills are essential
• Experience in invoice processing
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Oracle financial software is a plus
• Experience with QuickBooks software is desirable
• Knowledge of SAP software would be advantageous
