Small Parcel-2nd Shift Team Lead
Job Description
Lead moderately skilled employees across multiple functions, maintain shipping schedules, organize and plan work, train new employees, and make hiring, termination, discipline, and performance decisions. Ensure product quality standards with a daily shipment volume of around 5000 units.
Shift: 230pm-11pm, (OT up to 1am)
Pay: $25-$28/HR

This is a contract to hire position with a duration of 6 months.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Louisville, Kentucky.
Work Environment
This role is based in a non-temperature controlled distribution facility. The position involves regularly lifting/moving weights of 10 lbs, frequently up to 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 40 lbs.
