As a Quality Engineer II, you'll ensure all quality standards are met for our products and production equipment. You'll participate in the design, build, and testing of our hardware, mechanisms, processes, and equipment. You will drive development of standardized quality acceptance criteria and review procedures and test plans to ensure adherence to our quality standards. You will also assist in writing, reviewing, and evaluating in-process rejections, drive dispositions, and implement corrective actions as needed. Finally, you'll collaborate with the technician and inspection work force during assembly and test of our products.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field and typically 3 or more years of relevant experience
Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
Knowledge of Quality System requirements and contract quality requirements
Experience in manufacturing and inspection
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics, parts lists, specifications, instructions, and test procedures
Knowledge of ISO9001, AS9100 standards
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the aerospace and defense industry
Experience with systems engineering or test engineering
Experience working in a production environment
Additional Requirements:
Frequently walk, sit, stand, climb stairs and steps
Frequently repeat same hand, arm, and finger motion many times to include finger and hand dexterity
Rarely lifting or carrying up to 20 lbs.
Working Conditions:
Rarely exposed to outdoor elements (high/low temperatures, sun, rain/snow, etc.)
Rarely exposed to fumes or hazardous chemicals/materials
Rarely exposed to loud noises
Safety Sensitive Position:
Inspects structures, equipment or vehicles
