This role is focused on delivery end-to-end data & technology solutions for the functional areas of the Revenue Growth Management for Americas (Brazil, Canada, Mexico and United States) including sales and finance teams. In Danone we expect that the product owner to be accountable for the management of the product backlog and prioritize it based on value. The product owner will be an expert on the business processes, and capable of give advice on areas of improvement and innovation. As part of the team the product owner will use the technical background to help with technical recommendations or detail the requirements. This role will also collaborate with different teams, both internal teams and external vendors, ensuring the respect of the committed timelines and focusing on value creation. This position is hybrid preferred and can be based in either White Plains, NY or Louisville, CO. This position also has the ability to be remote. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Business Strategy / Strategic Vision Owns the vision of the product, its definition, and the associated value. Isaccountable for building and sustaining the backlog, arbitrating amongdifferent needs and priorities, andthe delivery and performanceof his/herProduct. Ensures consistencybetween the needs of end-users and stakeholders, asreflected in the vision of the product, its delivery and its deployment &adoption. Understands the business needs, structures and translates them into thebacklog, envisioning different solutions to those needs Evaluates thecosts and benefitsof different options with input from theproduct team to optimize value creation. Owns the cost model of theproduct. Prioritizes, plans and communicates on the steps identified to deliver theproduct Handlessimultaneously product discovery and deliveryin an adaptative,incremental and iterative manner. Establishes partnershipwith leading technology providers related to his/herProduct. Impact on Business Results Contributes to business results by delivering products with high value for theorganization, unlocking new capabilities and ensuring high quality IT delivery. Process & Projects Advisor on technology processes & products (RGM, TPM, Pricing, OBPPC) Agile frameworks and delivery models Users experience oriented Managerial Complexity The Product Owner is not a team manager - however, he/she may manage oneor several Product Analyst (as part of the product ownership group). He/she is aServant Leader for the benefit of the Product Team and the Organization.He/she drives the Product Team's work through the product's backlog (contentand prioritization).

About You

5+ years of demonstrated experience in Sales Planning solutions and Trade Terms and Promotion Management as well as a sound understanding of the underlying processes IT leadership experience Strong technical skill set is required (from the most important to the least important):

Trade Promotion Management Solutions (XTEL, Exceedra, CAS, Tellus, SAP CRM ....) SAP ECC (SD, FICO, MM) SQL Microsoft Excel Demand Planning concept Proven work experience with CPG manufacturers. Speak a second language (either Portuguese or Spanish) is a must. INNOVATION SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: Business Partnering. Be a business translator! Curious and excited to learn new techs and new ways of working Ability to rapidly understand business requirements, communicate business expectations to cross-functional development teams, document data findings that can be easily understood, structured, and detailed oriented profile Experience with Product and Agile Management methodology User Experience / Design Thinking / Data Visualization Knowledge in proce s automation, machine learning and artificial practices a plus Business sense when discussing demands with functions and technical knowledge when communicating with the squad. Knowledgeable about user experience and value journey. Solid communication, influencing and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams in a cross-cultural and cross-functional environment Organized, focused and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
