Siena College Director of Women's Basketball Operations in Loudonville, New York

Siena College, a NCAA Division I institution and member of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC), is seeking applications for a Director of Women's Basketball Operations (DOBO). The DOBO will be responsible for the daily assistance of the Division I women's basketball program in accordance with all NCAA, MAAC and College regulations.

Specific responsibilities will include, but not be limited to assisting in scheduling, equipment ordering, camp planning and programming, community relations coordination, travel logistics, student-manager supervision, as well as student - athlete recruitment and database management. The DOBO will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the recruiting office as instructed by the coaching staff. This includes planning and coordinating recruiting visits, coordinating the recruiting database and mailing system. The position will travel with the team and assist with all logistics as it relates to travel and team audio/visual needs. Knowledge of and adherence to NCAA, conference and college rules and regulations are required.

Annual Salary: $59,500.00

Job Requirements:

Qualifications include a minimum of a bachelor's degree required. Excellent knowledge of the techniques of the sport and excellent communication skills desired. College coaching and/or playing experience preferred. Candidates must possess a valid NYS driver's license and insurability at the time of appointment and must maintain such license and insurability throughout the tenure of employment.

A background screening will be required.
