The Department of Marketing in the School of Business at Siena College is accepting applications for one tenure-track position to begin on September 1, 2025. The position will be at the assistant professor level and includes instruction at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Faculty are responsible for a 3/3 teaching load (which includes an automatic 1/1 course release for research until tenured). The Department of Marketing offers major, minor, and multiple concentrations at the undergraduate level, as well as MBA with a concentration in Marketing and Advanced Certificate in Marketing at the graduate level. The School of Business is AACSB accredited and has an enrollment of 1,150 students. Marketing is among the largest majors in the school.
Annual Salary: $110,350.00

Job Requirements:
Requirements for the position include a Ph.D. or DBA in Marketing or related field (ABD with September 1, 2025 completion will be considered) and experience teaching introductory and upper-level marketing courses at the undergraduate level; experience teaching at graduate level is a great value added. Primary areas of teaching include digital marketing, social media marketing, and marketing communications. To be considered, a candidate must be able to demonstrate that s/he is a skilled teacher. This individual will be expected to engage in research and professional development activities commensurate with AACSB expectations. Practical experience in industry is an important criterion in the selection process.
