Randstad Madisonville is accepting candidates for general concrete casting positions in Loudon, TN. These are 1st shift positions that work 7am in the morning until 330pm. There is a high potential for OT in the role. Candidates should have the following:
Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
Ability to work in a high paced environment while maintaining safety standards and following all safe work practices.
A focus on prioritization, time efficiency, problem solving and teamwork.
Average proficiency in mathematics.
Good visual acuity.
salary: $19 - $20 per hour

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
Follow all safe work practices and procedures. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Carryout verbal and written instructions from lead. Complete jobs in a timely fashion to ensure on time shipment. Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually or using hoists. Trained to complete pre-operation equipment inspections and report any issues identified. Trained to set up, adjust, and operate all basic machine tools. Read and interpret work instructions, then execute work per instructions. Work with quality and production teams to identify areas for process improvement
The essential functions of this role include:
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 12 hours at one time
