Description Robert Half is currently working with a dynamic organization seeking a Banking Clerk. The Banking Clerk should have general knowledge of banking or financial services and previous customer service experience. This dynamic organization is open to entry level candidates with excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to work as a Banking Clerk. If you have excellent customer service skills, and strong data entry capabilities, this Banking Clerk position could be the role for you!

Verify accuracy of customer information while processing transactions
Respond to customer inquires regarding bank accounts, credit cards, and loan products
Utilize a customer relationship management (CRM) software to perform data entry
Support the team with cash management activities
Provide exceptional customer service to customers in a banking environment Requirements - AA or BS/BA preferred
Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
Outstanding organizational skills
1+ year providing exemplary customer service
