Job Description:

The Project Controls Advisor is responsible for overseeing and maintaining aspects of project controls, including cost, schedule, risk, and performance tracking. The advisor plays a key role in guaranteeing the project is delivered on time, within budget, and according to scope and

quality standards. This role involves working closely with project managers, senior leadership, and various project teams to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for the success

of the project.

Position Responsibilities

 Develop, monitor, and update project cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts

 Conduct cost activities, including cost variance analysis and reporting

 Secure that the project stays within budget by identifying cost overruns and proposing

corrective actions

 Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using applicable platforms and

software

 Perform critical path analysis to identify potential risks and/or delays

 Work with project teams to guarantee timely execution of milestones and/or deliverables

 Identify, assess, and manage project risks, guaranteeing mitigation strategies are in

place

 Track and report project performance using key metrics

 Provide regular project reports and performance updates to leadership and applicable

parties

 Offer proactive recommendations based on performance data to improve project

outcomes

 Oversee the change control process, guaranteeing that all project scope changes are

properly documented and approved

 Assess the impact of changes on project cost, schedule, and risk, and recommend

adjustments

 Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on project status, including cost forecasts,

schedule updates, and risk analysis

 Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all project control activities
