Job Description: Yardi Business Systems Analyst
Location: Burbank, California (Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week)
Target Salary: $125K - $145K salaried exempt + eligible for discretionary annual bonus
Position Type: Full-time

We're seeking a highly skilled Yardi Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Burbank, CA, to support and optimize our ERP systems and drive our business operations forward.
Position Summary
The Yardi Business Systems Analyst will play a critical role in managing and supporting our ERP systems, primarily focusing on Yardi, with secondary responsibilities for MRI and JD Edwards. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, executives, and external vendors to evaluate, implement, and maintain our business applications. The ideal candidate is local to Los Angeles, highly analytical, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
ERP System Management: Manage the Yardi system and support additional ERP systems, including MRI and JD Edwards.
Vendor Evaluation and Contract Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate different vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure favorable terms for the organization.
Project Leadership: Lead projects related to ERP system implementations and upgrades, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, IT, and executive management, to understand business needs and align ERP systems with organizational goals.
Application Support: Provide ongoing support for business applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maintain system stability and reliability.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements, recommending and implementing changes as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Applications Analyst.
ERP Systems: Strong experience with Yardi (required); experience with MRI and JD Edwards is a plus.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Industry Knowledge: Professional Services, Financial/Accounting, or Real Estate industry experience.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams and present to executives.
Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving complex problems and delivering results.
Team Player: Ability to wear multiple hats and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
