VCA Animal Hospitals Veterinary Client Service Representative in United States
VCA Animal Specialty Group (ASG) is seeking experienced Veterinary Customer Service Representatives. MEDICAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED .
We are looking for candidates that believe in high quality, compassionate care. Applicants should have at least 1 year of veterinary CSR or DA experience. We are located across the freeway from the Los Angeles Zoo.
Below are just some of the skills one must be proficient in for this position.
Ensure clients are having an overall excellent experience
Compassionately communicate with clients (greet and check-in clients upon arrival, answer phones, present estimates, etc.)
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Process payment transactions
Obtain records from referring RDVMs
Send and receive emails, text, Teams messages and phone calls
Ensure the lobby and exam rooms are clean and presentable
Manage medical records, charts, reports and correspondence
