Anastasia Beverly Hills Studio Media Assistant in Los Angeles, California
The primary job function of this position is to assist the in-house production team with producing content during shoots, as well as help maintain the studio space and its equipment in good health.
Essential Job Functions
Assist in-house production team with content requests by setting up for shoots and providing technical support.
Responsible for ensuring the functionality and cleanliness of the departments equipment.
Responsible for adhering to the workflow processes and procedures of the department.
Assists with the maintenance and servicing of equipment.
If needed, assists with the other content creation needs of the department while adhering to the workflow assigned to him/her.
Requirements
1-2 years prior experience working in a similar role
Familiarity with production equipment and maintenance of equipment and studio spaces.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to work well in a team and independently
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, be flexible and take on new job duties
Other Skills and Abilities
Strong familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite & Capture One.
Strong familiarity with MS Office
Strong familiarity with professional video and photo equipment.
Strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks
Strong multi-tasking abilities.
Strong communication skills
Physical demands
Standing, Walking and Sitting. Frequently working on a computer, occasionally lifting, pushing & pulling up to 50lbs, bending & stooping.
Anastasia Beverly Hills offers a competitive compensation package with full benefits and a 401(K) plan with matching contributions from the company. The starting base salary range for this position in the selected city is $27.00- $30.00 hourly. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographical location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role is bonus eligible.
