UCLA Health Student Research Assistant in Los Angeles, California
Description
The incumbent will work with a large clinical/translational research group with tasks primarily involving data abstraction from the electronic medical record to record in a master database. Data field includes demographics, smoking histories, imaging results, types, dates and results of downstream testing for indeterminate lung nodule, pathologic results of any small biopsies and resections for suspected lung cancer.
The ideal candidate would be a UCLA Undergraduate Student.
Salary: $17.60 - $29 hourly
Qualifications
Required:
Able to work independently and pay attention to detail
Ability to write clearly, concisely, and grammatically correct notes and memos
Skill in using personal computers; working knowledge of word processing
Basic knowledge of anatomy / biological science
