UCLA Health Student Assistant in Los Angeles, California
Description
This is an administrative position located in CHS. Duties include: Answering phone, route phone calls and emails to the appropriate person or department occasionally deliver items in person to other departments or colleges. Assist current study coordinators/research associates with database creation and maintenance. Assist with scheduling of study visits. Assist with collection data for grant applications. Assist with monitoring of research study visits.
Salary: $17.30 - $25/hour
Qualifications
Required:
Must be a responsible person.
Basic knowledge of office procedures.
Ability to interact with co-workers and study participants professional in a manner.
Working knowledge of medical terminology.
Knowledge of MS Office
Communicate clearly in email and orally for telephone calls
