Position: Sr. Maintenance Technician (Night Shift)
Schedule:
Primary: 6:30 PM – 7:30 AM, Thursday–Saturday, alternating Wednesdays.
Training Phase (2–6 weeks): Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Role Overview:
The Sr. Maintenance Technician will handle advanced installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of utility and facility equipment in manufacturing, labs, and office areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform equipment installation, maintenance, and repairs.
Complete safety and quality documentation (SOPs, Work Orders, Hazard Assessments, etc.).
Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and company standards.
Train staff and support audits.
Interpret technical schematics and revise procedures.
Qualifications:
Associate degree + 4 years of experience, or high school diploma/GED + 6 years.
Strong hands-on maintenance experience (not plumbing).
Knowledge of GMP, metrics, and technical troubleshooting.
