The Role

• As Senior Advanced Analytics Manager you will establish relationships with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Business Systems, and Finance teams to build self-service reports, develop meaningful KPIs, provide actionable findings/insights, and establish automated processes for large-scale data analysis.

• You will apply advanced data modeling, predictive modeling, and analytical techniques to interpret key findings from company data and convert these insights into initiatives that will drive high-quality data-driven decisions and improvements in business performance.

• This role is a great fit for a self-starter with strong skills in leadership, advanced analytics algorithms, models, tools, and technologies who enjoys driving solution development and continuous improvement to achieve operational excellence.

• This position will require working independently on advanced analytical projects, including data preparation, formulating solutions, model development, validation, implementation, data and business analyses, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

• This role will have the opportunity for significant exposure and visibility across the business.

Your day-to-day

• Develop and automate Sales and Marketing key performance metrics; design and build visually engaging and informative dashboards.

• Deliver insights and recommendations to help leadership and cross-functional stakeholders understand business performance.

• Collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritize the highest-impact analytics and data initiatives that support strategic and tactical decisions to improve outcomes.

• Contribute to meaningful revenue growth and margin improvement by generating business-focused, actionable insights by synthesizing data and obtaining organizational buy-in through effective communication.

• Leverage diagnostic and statistical analytic techniques to answer business questions • Share analyses and findings with stakeholders; 'telling the story' and identifying drivers and opportunities for improvements in business performance.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators, set targets, measure and monitor performance, and provide insights and analyses

• Build dashboards in Salesforce and Power BI to track, manage, interpret, and deliver insights on KPIs.

• Utilize in-depth knowledge of SQL and data warehouse to consolidate data not easily accessible via Salesforce.com.

• Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time issues • Work closely with Finance and Business Systems teams to drive data infrastructure operational excellence through optimization of data models and service.

What you bring to the team

• Bachelor’s degree required in business or technical concentration. MBA highly desirable.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, dashboard design, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations to support decision making.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in marketing or sales operations, preferably in SaaS industry • Proven quantitative orientation to successfully manipulate and analyze complex data from varying sources to extract meaningful insights • Proficiency in Business Intelligent Apps (e.g. Power BI and Tableau), Analytics Visualization, SQL, Excel (Power Pivots, Macros, Modeling), and PowerPoint.

• Strong knowledge of data warehouse fundamentals and platforms

• Advanced Salesforce.com skills required.

• Exceptional communication skills, particularly the ability to synthesize complex issues/scenarios into easy-to-understand concepts and lead engagements with sales, marketing, and system engineering leaders.

• Ability to work cross-functionally, building and maintaining trust with stakeholders.

• High-energy, a positive attitude, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are critical for success in this role.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets as set out below. Pay within these ranges varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. The range provided may represent a candidate range and may not reflect the full range for an individual tenured employee. This role may be eligible for variable pay and/or equity. We offer a competitive benefits package that includes flexible time off, a robust well-being program that provides for 4 global wellbeing days per year, and a 3-week work from anywhere option.

Base Pay Ranges:

SF Bay Area, New York City Metro Area:

Base Pay Range: 128,940.00 - 202,620.00 USD

California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska:

Base Pay Range: 106,750.00 - 167,750.00 USD

All other cities and states excluding those listed above:

Base Pay Range: 96,320.00 - 151,360.00 USD
