Job Title: Manager, Global Security Operations
A little bit about our team:
You will be based in Los Angeles and working with security and non-security team members through Warner Music’s global footprint. Our team is designed to imagine, create, and maintain innovative and safe workplaces to accommodate the needs of our dynamic business.
Your role:
You will work closely with Warner Music Group’s various business lines, Human Resources, Legal, Risk Management, Communications, and Facilities teams to support our employee protection and asset protection goals. You will develop and maintain necessary relationships to support the security objectives. In addition to your Global Security Operations responsibilities, you will support the Global Physical Security Programs and Global Security Investigations & Intelligence. You will have the opportunity to support, lead, develop, and implement standards for Global Security Operations Center, Executive/Employee Protection, Crisis Management, Training, and Duty of Care programs.
Here you’ll get to:
Conduct, oversee, and manage corporate security operations that impact the safety and well-being of WMG employees, properties, assets, and processes.
Monitor and mitigate risks and threats to employees and company interests.
Lead and manage our 24/7 Global Security Operations Center (GSOC).
Effectively manage GSOC during emergencies and non-emergency events/incidents.
Oversee the effective and efficient communication of safety-related messages to employees.
Develop, implement, and maintain security standards, policies, and procedures for command center operations.
Lead the development of security training programs and emergency response plans.
Develop, implement, and maintain executive/employee protection programs.
Develop, implement, and maintain crisis management plans.
Lead with crisis management efforts, including crisis management planning and response.
Supervise contract security teams.
Develop and maintain relationships with government entities to aid in security operations and mission. Entities include law enforcement partners, intelligence organizations, multi-agency intelligence centers, security contractors/service providers, industry trade groups, and others.
Collaborate with other WMG security functions to ensure logical byproducts of investigations and intelligence collection efforts are incorporated into security operations.
Work with other security verticals and serve in an advisory role for senior leaders on security issues.
Assist in other areas of emergency management and response as needed.
Assist in the development, implementation, improvement, and management of physical security programs.
Assist in other areas of corporate security as needed.
About you:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
10+ years of strong corporate security experience of increasing responsibility, including Program Management experience or law enforcement equivalent
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the use of security equipment and softwares as it relates to access control, cameras, and intrusion detection systems.
Authorized to carry a concealed weapon in California, i.e., CCW and/or HR218.
Understanding of security operations, physical security principles, investigative methodologies, crisis management, and executive/employee protection standards.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
High ethical standards a must.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Possess sound judgement, discretion, and ability to balance competing interests.
Willing to work a flexible schedule.

Salary Range
$105,000 to $115,000 Annually
Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
