Description
Join us as a Staff Research Associate for Radiological Sciences. This role involves testing algorithms, performing computer image analysis, and maintaining accurate records. You'll collect and analyze data, preserve source code, and report findings to the principal investigator. Additional responsibilities include setting up tests, maintaining computer systems, prepare reports and collaborating on special projects and team activities.

This position plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of computer-based analyses for the School of Medicine.

Salary: $25.75 - $30.71/hour
Qualifications
Required:
Basic computer programing knowledge and mathematical background.
Demonstrated skill in problem solving, prioritizing assignments to complete work in a timely and efficient manner.
Strong interpersonal skills for interaction to communicate diplomatically and effectively with peers, researchers, and University faculty and staff.
Ability to function as a team member yet still able to work independently.
Experience and working knowledge of various workstations
Preferred:
- BS degree in mathematical related discipline or equivalent education, training, and experience.
