UCLA Health Provider Enrollment Specialist in Los Angeles, California

In this role, you'll facilitate the enrollment of physicians and practitioners. This will include new and existing enrollment applications, revalidation, terminations, ordering, referring, e-prescribing, and reactivation applications for Ronald Reagan-UCLA Medical Center, Santa Monica-UCLA Medical Center, UCLA Medical Group, Durable Medical Equipment, and Ambulatory Surgical Centers. You'll coordinate the completion of applications with physicians and monitor expiring CLIAs, revalidations, and terminations. You'll also maintain enrollment in the ECHO One App database.

You will:

  • Facilitate government enrollment application requests for new physicians Review applications for completeness/accuracy

  • Notify enrollment providers of documentation requirements

  • Track and monitor completion of applications by physicians/practitioners in ECHO Database

  • Audit completed files

  • Track expired CLIAs, AIA enrollments, provisionally paneled CCS enrollments, mammograms, and re-enrollments

Salary Range: $28.23 - $40.44 HourlyQualifications

We're seeking a self-motivated, highly organized, analytical professional with:

  • AA Degree or higher required

  • Experience in Provider Enrollment Required

  • Experience with CMS, PECOS, and PAVE portals required

  • Required Experience with NPPES enrollments

  • Knowledge of Medicare, MediCal, out-of-state Medicaid, etc.

  • Required experience with out of state Medicaid

  • Ability to electronically submit applications for DME, ASC, Group, and Individual enrollments

  • Experience with Echo One and Care Connect preferred

  • Knowledge of policy and procedures for government payors and UC Health to accurately answer questions from internal and external customers

  • Excellent research, analytical, and troubleshooting skills

  • Knowledge of Adobe and Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Software programs

  • Ability to adjust working hours and, if necessary, work overtime to meet the needs of the Office and reporting
