About The Role:

  • Provides strategic direction for a large portfolio of properties and clients in a region within a single market or a geographic or strategic account. Leads operations to meet revenue and operating income targets. Portfolio will have at least 30 million square feet with multiple assets and owners.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the business unit's financial performance. Recommend strategy and tactics for achieving objectives. Provide market analysis and asset positioning consultation. Assist in acquisition underwriting and due diligence.

  • Develop new business opportunities from client identification and solicitation, proposal development and presentation.

  • Maintain ongoing relationship with clients, ensuring that objectives are being met. Anticipate and respond to client's needs.

  • Guide the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, management plans, monthly performance reports, and variance reports. Ensures the delivery of accuracy, timely, and complete reports.

  • Ensure periodic regular property inspection. Recommend and/or approve alterations, maintenance and reconditioning. Contract for vendor services as the need arises.

  • Handle the planning, budgeting and control of operating and capital expenditures. Coordinate and approve the calculation of all special billings. Monitors appropriate staffing levels and reports on utilization and deployment of human resources. Lead and supports staff in areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising and rewarding performance and retention. Model behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of 12- 15 years of related experience and/or training.

  • Real Estate Salesperson License required. Professional designation such as CPM, CCIM, RPA and/or FMA preferred.

  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret business documents. Ability to response to critical issues. Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups. Ability to empower and negotiate successfully with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action.

  • Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Reviews complex financial/business analysis and reports prepared by subordinates. Ability to analyze the most complex business/financial data and develop innovative solutions. Develops and implements financial policies and procedures. Approves and leads all aspects of department budget.

  • Ability to tackle sophisticated problems and requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with tried experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment. Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations that have a direct impact on the company.

  • Intermediate to high level skills with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Proven understanding of leases, contracts, financial instruments, tax laws, and construction.

  • Decisions made with in-depth understanding and interpretation of procedures, company policies and business practices to achieve high level results. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The salary range for the position is $190,000-$215,000. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
