Overview
Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Property Administrator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of lease administration for CHLA’s portfolio of leased and owned properties including but not limited to management of contracted property managers, tenant relationships and development and reconciliation of annual budgets. Properties are located throughout Southern California and include leased office space, leased ambulatory care clinics, owned retail property, and owned residential properties. The Administrator will plan, direct, and coordinate initiatives to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished and in compliance with CHLA or other relevant agencies’ policies. Will support the strategic initiatives of CHLA, while maintaining direct overview of resources and finances.
Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: Required: 5+ or more years in commercial real estate property management, preferably including experience with medical outpatient buildings. Computer proficiency with MS Office and lease management software (Visual Lease). Managing medium to large properties/units within an organization.
Education/Licensure/Certification: Required: Bachelor’s degree in real estate or business preferred; professional real estate designation a plus (CCIM, SIOR, CPM, RPA); equivalent work experience in lieu of education.
