Richard Heath & Associates, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and talented professional for the following opportunity in Los Angeles, CA
Program Accounting Specialist
Full-time, non-exempt
We are looking for a Accounting Specialist that will work under the direct supervision of the Senior Director to assist in administering all aspects of program invoicing functions across multiple programs, financial program reporting and analysis, generating specific program reports required internally and externally and tracking payments to and from programs. This position is Hybrid with a minimum requirement of working 1 day per week in our Santa Fe Springs office.
Ideal candidate will have:
Associate Degree in Business Administration or similar field of study; bachelors’ degree preferred (or relevant combination of experience in education).
Must have minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience (4 years without a degree).
Knowledge in program accounting and invoicing
Knowledge of applicable federal and state accounting regulations
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with little supervision
Excellent time management skills
Superior customer service skills
Pay: $25 - $30 hourly
