UCLA Health Physical or Occupational Therapist, Per Diem - Pediatrics - High Risk Infant Clinic in Los Angeles, California
Description
The Physical or Occupational Therapist will provide developmental assessments to pediatric patients in the High Risk Infant Clinic. Should be familiar and competent with GMA, TIMP, HINE and the Bayley assessments. Must be able to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Position may convert to career.
Salary range for Physical Therapist: 65.29-81.62 Hourly
Salary Range for Occupational Therapist: 61.91-77.36 Hourly
Qualifications
CA PT or OT license
CCS paneling
5 or more years of pediatric experience
Experience in GMA, TIMP, HINE and the Bayley developmental assessments required
BLS from AHA or ARC
More than 5 years of licensed PT or OT experience qualifies for PT 2 or OT 2 title code
