As the Operations Manager / Culinary Ambassador , you will be the single point of contact and "sole proprietor" for the local client relationship at the location responsible for all operations at this Boutique Corporate location. Primary functions: FOH/BOH management and responsible for managing guest experience, all processes - inventory, receiving, logs and cleanliness. HACCP knowledge a must. Responsible for financial analysis as well as all audits - operational, sanitation, and financial. You will be responsible for:

  • Overall management of all food service aspects at location.

  • Execution of BOH and FOH guest experiences and culinary activities.

  • Maintain quality and safety standards for all food related practices and policies.

  • Oversee food and beverage programming and provide new product and menu recommendations with emphasis on local, innovative, and diverse offerings.

  • Identify and build relationships with guest restaurants and other external partners; manage logistics for engagement activities.

  • Work with onsite client team to plan and execute all catering events.

  • Liaise with Food Service HQ key stakeholders and staff team.

  • Budget management.

  • Ideation of new products, services, equipment, guest surprise and delight activities, and programming.

  • Host monthly and quarterly business reviews.

Ideal candidates will possess a degree or related culinary degree with 5+ years of industry & culinary management experience. The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services is essential to success in this role. Previous experience with controlling food cost, menu development, P&L accountability, retail, contract-managed service experience, and local business and community knowledge is desirable.

Qualifications

  • Requires at least 5 years of experience and prior experience in a culinary management role

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
