We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Logistics Clerk to join our team in the non-profit sector in Los Angeles, California. The Logistics Clerk will be a crucial part of our Business Services department, playing a key role in managing our retail store operations, overseeing our vehicle fleet, and coordinating shipping and receiving tasks. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles to ensure smooth operation.

• Coordinate shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring all items are accounted for and properly documented.

• Assist in managing our retail store, including restocking shelves and maintaining an organized environment.

• Handle calls in the Business Office, providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries.

• Carry out filing duties, ensuring all documents are correctly filed and easily retrievable.

• Assist with restocking shelves in our retail stores, ensuring products are available for customers.

• Use bilingual skills to effectively communicate and provide assistance to a diverse range of customers.

• Lift and carry items up to 40lbs as part of restocking and shipping/receiving duties.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience in a logistics or similar role.

• Proficient in answering inbound calls, with a focus on excellent customer service.

• Fluent in Spanish language, both written and spoken.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Experience in a non-profit environment is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
