ROBERT HALF LEGAL is a partnering with a full-service law firm specializing in Civil Litigation, PI, and Lemon Law. The firm prides themselves on professionalism, high ethical standards, and commitment to justice. Currently seeking an experienced Legal Receptionist to join the dynamic team. Requirements
Responsibilities:
Managing the front desk by greeting and directing clients.
Managing multi-line phone systems and directing calls as necessary.
Coordinating meetings and conferences.
Assisting with various administrative tasks, such as scanning, photocopying, etc.
E-filing legal documents and maintaining an organized electronic filing system.
Processing and sorting mail.
Assisting with the preparation of legal documents.
Providing general support to the legal staff as required.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal receptionist role.
Experience in electronic filing and record-keeping.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to strict deadlines.
