ROBERT HALF LEGAL has partnered with a boutique firm specializing in Product Liability Personal Injury in their search for an experienced paralegal. If you are interested in making a positive impact on the firm's clients and assist with their injury claims, we are eager to meet you!
Job Responsibilities:
The core of your role will be applying your refined paralegal skills to various tasks including:
Propounding and responding to discovery with diligence, ensuring no stone is left unturned.
Assisting with client intake, adeptly gathering essential information, while making clients feel welcome and respected.
Putting your knack for case management to work, keeping meticulous records, schedules, and communication lines open.
Preparing for trial; from drafting legals, delving into research, and helping coordinate depositions and meetings.
Requirements
Qualifications:
We’re looking for a savvy paralegal who offers:
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a Personal Injury boutique firm.
An ABA-accredited paralegal certificate.
Proficiency in discovery processes, legal research, and case management software.
Top-notch written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to operate under pressure and against deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with personal injury law vocabulary and procedures.

This is a long-term contract opportunity. The first 30 days will be on-sit during the training period, then transition to a flexible hybrid schedule.
