Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Jr. Accountant to join our internal accounting team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone seeking to build a career in accounting and finance.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining the general ledger by preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and conducting monthly and annual closing processes.

  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements, including but not limited to the balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows.

  • Provide support in preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements.

  • Assist in conducting internal audits and providing recommendations for procedural improvements.

  • Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • Ideally seeking 1-2 years of accounting experience, but recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Strong understanding of GAAP.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing information.

  • Able to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
