Description
The Department of Emergency Medicine at UCLA is seeking applicants to join our team, full-time or part-time, in the next academic year. The position will be based at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, with clinical practice UCLA West Valley Medical Center (WVMC) and/or Santa Monica-UCLA Medical Center (SMMC). SMMC is an academic-affiliated community hospital with 45,000 annual ED visits. WVMC is an academic-affiliated community hospital with 65,000 annual ED visits. All attendings share responsibilities for patient care. Our department sponsors a 4-year EM residency program founded in 1978 and fellowships in toxicology, research, ultrasound, administration, health equity, medical education, and space medicine.

The University of California, Los Angeles is required to
provide an estimate of the salary range for this role. This range takes into
account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation
decisions. Salary offers are determined based on candidate qualifications and
experience. The target salary range for this position is 300000-350000 Annual Base.
Qualifications
We seek candidates with superb clinical skills and
dedication to high quality patient care. Candidates must be:
Emergency Medicine residency trained
ABEM certified
Eligible for California medical licensure
Qualified for faculty appointment in the UCLA School of Medicine.
