Robert Half Email Marketing Manager in Los Angeles, California

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Email Marketing Manager in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Email and SMS programs, as well as taking our Wallet Pass program to the next level. You will also work closely with various departments to enhance our Direct Marketing ecosystem for live events, with a focus on maintaining high engagement and retention from our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies for Wallet Pass program goals, including wallet creation, distribution journeys, and code Read services.

• Collaborate on the discovery and execution of the Wallet Pass program to monetize through venue POS integration.

• Participate in strategic planning and testing to optimize existing Email and SMS campaigns and flows.

• Oversee the execution of Wallet Pass communications (Email, SMS, Push) to clearly communicate offers and increase show-day participation.

• Collaborate with the Customer Experience Team to manage technical wallet pass questions and ensure best fan experience.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any Email or SMS issues.

• Work on new Email template, sender profile requests, and new SMS short code requests to build brand value.

• Monitor and report on Email, SMS, Wallet Pass program performance.

• Document and communicate with team on program updates such as best practice, compliance regulations, and product processes.

You will need to bring a range of skills to this role, including CRM, Database, Email Service Provider, AB Testing, Brand Awareness, Campaign Planning, Deployments, Direct Response Marketing, Lifecycle marketing, and Salesforce Marketing. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Email Marketing Manager role or similar

• Proficiency in CRM and database management

• Familiarity with Email Service Providers

• Experience in AB Testing and its applications in email marketing

• Strong understanding of brand awareness strategies

• Proven experience in campaign planning and execution

• Experience in managing deployments in an email marketing context

• Understanding and experience in Direct Response Marketing

• Experience with Lifecycle marketing strategies and implementations

• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing or similar marketing software

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred. Innovation starts with people.®
