Description

We are on the lookout for a proactive Customer Support Specialist to be stationed in Los Angeles, California. The role is set within a dynamic work setting and offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be tasked with managing user accounts, handling customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing client relations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage user accounts and privileges, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in system configuration.

• Develop and maintain relevant documentation for internal and external use.

• Provide training and supervision to assigned team members, promoting a collaborative work environment.

• Demonstrate strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries and issues.

• Exhibit excellent communication and customer service skills, managing customer complaints and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Adapt and learn swiftly, taking on responsibilities in new and changing technical environments.

• Utilize skills in CRM, Database, EO/IR systems, EXPRESS, Microsoft Excel, About Time, and Billing Functions to enhance customer experience.

• Work independently or as part of a larger team, as required.

• Excel in a self-directed and motivated environment, actively seeking opportunities for improvement and growth.

Requirements • Demonstrated ability in using CRM, Database, EO/IR systems, EXPRESS, Microsoft Excel, About Time, and Billing Functions.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Customer Success Specialist or in a similar role.

• Proven experience in Client Relations, Complaint Handling, and enhancing Customer Satisfaction.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work.

• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.

• Proficiency in using computer software and online platforms.

• A proactive approach to customer service.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must have a customer-oriented mindset.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• High level of professionalism and ethical conduct.

• Familiarity with industry standards and latest developments.

• Willingness to constantly learn and improve skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive customer information with utmost confidentiality.
