Robert Half Contract Administrator (Fully Remote) in Los Angeles, California
Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our client's Legal team. This is a fully remote position which involves overseeing and managing contracts, working with a range of stakeholders, and employing specific software tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage the full cycle of the company's contracts
Redline and review contract changes, providing key insights for consideration
Use DocuSign and Net Document for signing and secure storage of contracts
Evaluate potential contract risks and suggest appropriate measures
Collaborate with the sales, finance, and legal teams to ensure all contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements
Administer contractual obligations ensuring both parties meet terms and conditions
Maintain appropriate contract-related documentation
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in contract management or a similar role within a corporate environment in SaaS companies
