ManpowerGroup Compounder in Los Angeles, California
Our client, a leader in the chemical manufacturing industry, is seeking a Compounder to join their team. As a Compounder, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Compounder
Location: Van Nuys, CA
Pay Range: $24 per hour
What's the Job?
Accurately measure and mix raw material ingredients according to specified formulas and instructions.
Retrieve assigned formulas and review information for compounding, ensuring timely processing of orders.
Manually add raw materials by weight, ensuring the proper sequence of mixing.
Maintain clean and safe work areas while adhering to safety regulations and procedures.
Advise the supervisor of any equipment issues and participate in year-end inventory.
What's Needed?
High School diploma or equivalency (GED) required.
Minimum of 3 years of industrial work experience required; chemical compounding experience preferred.
Prior forklift experience is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle various chemicals safely.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
