Compliance Analyst (Flexible Hybrid)

As a key member of the Department of Medicine
Advisory & Compliance unit, you will provide critical analytical and
administrative support to the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine and its 18Divisions. This will involve collecting information, analyzing key indicators,
and recommending actionable steps to maintain compliance. The position will
require an understanding of University policies and procedures related to procurement/material
management, accounting, human resources, and laboratory safety. You will
provide high-level summary reports for leadership and communicate with division
constituents to improve compliance.
Note: This posted position is 1 of 2 positions available for

be hired into one of the available positions.
Salary
offers are determined based on various factors including, but not limited to,
qualifications, experience, and equity. UCLA Health hourly salary range for
this position is $28.30 - $54.74.
Qualifications
We're seeking an
independent, detail-oriented professional with:
Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training
Working knowledge of common organization- or research-specific and other computer application programs.
Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Proficient in ability to use discretion and maintain all confidentiality.
Demonstrates ability to use sound judgment in responding to issues and concerns.
Demonstrates ability to analyze, research and synthesize large amounts of data with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes.
Working knowledge of applicable policy analysis techniques
