Overview:
Providing our clients with exceptional service is the foundation of our business. In Client Services and Scheduling, you will manage all aspects of deposition scheduling, creating a positive experience for clients and subcontractors.
What you'll do:
Work collaboratively with Veritext colleagues, exhibiting Veritext Values
Ensure that all client (internal and external) communications are handled in a professional, timely and courteous manner
Communicate necessary information timely, accurately and effectively; report incidents to management
Welcome new projects and ideas; continuously work to enhance job knowledge while bringing value to role
Take ownership of your work; follow-thru until final resolution
Understand Veritext products and services, their value and commensurate fees
Resolves issues and escalate as needed to ensure prompt and accurate resolution; assist clients in various requests
Use Vision workflow to ensure all aspects of your activities are completed accurately and timely
Fully understand and utilize all Vision functions as they relate to your position and their impact on other functions, departments, myVeritext, reporter portal
Recommend and implement improvements in process and procedures
Understand Company targets and strive to meet and exceed
Provide leadership, direction and oversight of Client Scheduling / Client Services group to ensure company goals and objectives are achieved
Develops, leads and maintains a high performing team; Ensures managers and supervisors are adhering to company policy and administering practices in a fair and equitable manner
Ensure your employees are engaging and growing, setting the stage for the future; fosters a success-oriented, accountable environment
Recruit, train, coach and develop staff to yield a high performing team
Ensure that payroll is entered accurately ADP/Payroll duties (i.e. approving time sheets, time off requests)
Who you are:
4+ years similar experience
4+ years leadership experience
Must possess excellent management skills and the proven ability to lead and manage a successful team
Proficiency in MS Office required
Proficiency in relevant software packages and applications
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Expert in client communications and escalated call handling
