Los Angeles Firm has partnered with Robert Half Legal in their search g a highly skilled remote Plaintiff Class Action Attorney.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing plaintiff class action cases, conducting legal research, and handling law and motion related to plaintiff class actions. While we prefer candidates with 5+ years of experience, we are open to considering junior profiles with relevant experience in class actions. This role offers flexibility in hours, starting at 25 hours per week with the potential to increase based on workload and performance. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional writing skills and a proactive approach to pushing class actions forward.
Duties/Requirements:
Manage plaintiff class action case.
Ideally, candidates should possess 5+ years of experience; however, junior profiles with Class Action Experience will also be considered.
Conduct legal research.
Handle law and motion related to plaintiff class actions.
Must be a strong writer and adept at advancing class actions.
Must be licensed to practice law in California.
