Job Description
The Analyst, FP&A & Client Finance will support agency finance leads with client reporting, forecasting, and budget preparation and analysis. You will communicate and partner with teams across several departments and seniority levels. You will report to the Manager on the team.
Client Finance
Support client account leads with client reporting, fee management, and burn analysis
Prepare backup for revenue recognition by project as part of month-end close
Work with agency finance leads to analyze fee and hours burn rates against project scopes
Track and reconcile monthly intercompany work and revenue share agreements
FP&A
Prepare agency forecasting templates and review submissions for accuracy
Analyze forecasted P&L's against historical data and target Goals
Upload forecast data into Oracle Hyperion Financial Management
Prepare monthly internal budgeting reports for department heads
Partner with agency finance lead on evaluating expense forecasts
Provide support for external and internal audits
Other
Must have experience handling confidential information
Identify opportunities for process improvements
Train team members to ensure professional development and result oriented mindset
Qualifications
2+ years of relevant experience
Strong technical skills, especially Microsoft Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Effective communication skills, ability to engage with partners at all levels including senior management
Comfortable digging through large data sets for key operational findings
Self-motivation to work independently
Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
SAP and HFM experience
Advertising Agency experience

Compensation Range: $46,500-68,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
