Registered Nurse Job Description
The Registered Nurse must be able to perform the following essential functions as demonstrated by the ability to:
This is a remote position
Make management reports and special assignments and adhere to established time schedules turning in documentation no later than 48 hours.
Report to upper management
Performs other related duties as directed by the Administrator.
Resolve issues and deficiencies as necessary.
Willingness to keep abreast of changing standards in nursing administration.
Respond to any nursing-related issues in a timely manner.
Ensure all necessary documents and records are accurate and up to date.
Establish good public relations with hospital discharge coordinators and social services.
Evaluate care as related to individualized client / patient needs, family involvement and the physician's plan of care for the client / patient.
Assess client / patient care needs and assist in the development of individualized plans of care.
Maintain patients' electronic data and medical records.
