This is an entry-level position. The employee would work on their finishing area, where all the finished products get checked and ready for shipping. Responsibilities include: Going through hundreds - thousands of flats and/or hats per day. Sorting and checking for errors. Clearly communicating with staff and admin. Letting management know when a mistake has been made. Having attention to detail. Being trust worthy. Use of scissors to cut and finalize products if need be. Opportunity to advance in shipping and receiving and/or machinery, and/or Admin.
