Aerotek is hiring Overnight Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing company in Longmont, CO!
Job Description
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up machinery and preparing the necessary raw materials for the process.
Your role will involve weighing, measuring, and preparing proper proportions for batches in a continuous process.
You will make equipment adjustments to temperature, pressure or cycle time as needed and monitor these changes through a computer system. This role requires independent work after a thorough 6-month training period.
In addition, you will be responsible for collecting samples, recording and keeping track of the product produced.
Shift & Pay:
3rd: 11PM-7:30AM ($23-27/hr + 12.5% shift differential)
Overtime is required, will work 5 days per week and every other weekend
Pay: $23-27/hr (Pay to be determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data)

Work Environment
This role is based in a large, bustling facility with lots of walking involved. Please be aware that the environment can be dusty, and protective coveralls and steel-toed shoes (which will be provided) are required.
